A Potentially Lifesaving Application.

MyMedi911™ provides individuals with an “Electronic Vial of Live” QR code for posting on a refrigerator or other visible location to alert first responders to their critical medical information in the event of an emergency. This secure, cloud-based service allows individuals to protect themselves and their family members with an emergency information QR code. MyMedi911 QR codes are secured with a PIN to prevent unauthorized access to an individual’s emergency data.

Emergency Data Includes:: Primary Data – Name, Phone Number, Blood Type, Weight; Allergy Data; Medical History and Conditions; Surgery and Procedure Data; Primary Doctor and Insurance Data; Emergency Contacts; Durable Medical Equipment associated with the patient
