My Dependents

The My Dependents application provides you with a safe and secure place to store all your spouse, partner, children, or adult dependents’ medical information for access anywhere and at any time. This application provides all the same detailed information categories that are tracked in your My Medical Tracker application.

My Dependent Information

Stores your dependents DOB, Age, Blood Type, photo, and any other information that would be helpful to law enforcement should your dependent become missing.

My Dependent’s Insurance

Stores and displays all of your dependent’s insurance(s) data.

My Dependent’s Doctors

Stores and displays your dependents primary doctor information and all of the specialists who treat them as a patient. Pediatrician, oncologist, or memory care doctor’s information is always available on your smartphone.

My Dependent’s Appointments

This feature stores, provides alerts, and displays your dependents appointments. Dependent notification in advance to support any pre-appointment requirements such as lab work, testing, or other items needed are color coded to each individual dependent to avoid appointment mixups. Post appointment data is automatically stored for future reference.

My Dependent’s Medications

Stores and lists all the medications your dependents are currently using and provides a history of medications that they are no longer required to take.

My Dependent’s Vaccinations

How many times have we searched our homes for dependents dates of immunizations or vaccinations? This app feature stores and lists a history of all your dependent’s vaccinations right up to their current vaccines.

My Dependent’s Allergies

This feature stores and displays all allergic reactions that your dependent has encountered.

My Dependent’s Medical History

So important during office visits and emergencies, this section stores and displays a list of your dependent’s surgeries and outpatient procedures. The app allows entry of provider’s information, recovery times, results, and complications.
