The My Medical Tracker application is designed to provide you with access to all your self-entered medical history, current medical status, and future appointment information. The multi-encrypted application is stored on secure servers around the globe providing access only to you or your designated friends or family. My Medical Tracker protected categories include:

My Personal Information

Stores and displays all of your insurance(s) data
My Doctors
Stores and displays your primary doctor information and all of the specialists who treat you as a patient.

My Appointments
Stores, provides alerts, and displays your appointments. Provides notification in advance to support any pre-appointment requirements such as lab work, testing, or other items needed before your appointment date. Post appointment data is automatically stored for future reference.
My Medications
Stores and lists all the medications you are currently using and provides a history of medications that you are no longer required to take.
My Vaccinations
Stores and lists a history of all your vaccinations right up to your current vaccines. Includes the places and dates of your vaccines and any reactions that you encountered.
My Allergies
Stores and displays allergic reactions that you have encountered.
My Medical History
So important during office visits and emergencies, this section stores and displays a list of your surgeries and outpatient procedures. Allows entry of provider’s information, recovery times, results, and complications.

Stores, tracks, and displays test results such as PSA’s, A1C, cholesterol, and more.

Stores, tracks and displays menstrual dates, duration, and cycle information.
The Electronic Vial of Life
The Electronic Vial of Life is included with your My Medical Tracker application. This life-saving feature alerts first responders to your important medical information even if you are unable to respond yourself. The emergency medical information that you select, is made available to the first responders via a QR code on your refrigerator/room door, wristband, or via an icon on your smartphone. What you want first responders to know about you is completely up to you when setting up this vital app feature.
